High ping times from ISA server

Problem:
We have a single subnet domain behind ISA 2004. Recently, our Internet has become painfully slow. Ping times from ISA were in the mid 700’s.

Solution:
Somebody tried to send 60MB of pictures spread out over 6 email messages via their company exchange account while on VPN. The messages got stuck in Exchange’s queue; as a result, Exchange repeatedly tried to send the hefty messages over and over again – consuming massive amounts of bandwidth.

I deleted the messages and now everything works like a charm.

Hi,

Could use some help with figuring out which new graphics card to buy for this computer that is compatable so my gaming is better. I know i can only upgrade so much: Here are the details, not sure what the computer is capable of handling.

I notice how they say nothing about the street vendors who actually reported the smoking van. If they didn’t say anything or if they weren’t there at that time, it would’ve exploded.

And the methane from the blast would’ve not only blown up the stuff in it’s vicinity, the methane would cause OTHER CARS around it to explode, which would have effectively decimated Times Square, killing hundreds, if not thousands.
