I want to clean up my internet signal so it’s more pure- less frequency interference and other interferences out there. I was recommended cablenut- is it any good? Are there any other things that are better and free out there that I could use? What exactly does the program do? IS it safe to download?

My ISP is blocking peer to peer programs, how can we the consumer get around this blocking?
Do the peer to peer prgrammers know this and are they working on a work around to open up different ports?
