Best places for mobile computing?
Are you a college student or mobile professional looking for the perfect go-to place to get schoolwork or office work done while being away from campus or the office? With the ubiquity of Wi-Fi, many retail establishments now are now fiercely competing against each other trying to attract mobile computing customers to their doors.
According to CNET, notebooks computers now have outsold their desktop system counterparts as of June 2005. In addition, the emergence of cheap netbooks in 2007 has pushed this momentum well into (and most likely beyond) 2010.

IHOP is a great place for free Wi-Fi. And the food isn’t too bad either!
One of the best places here in western Pennsylvania is Panera Bread. Not only do they have free Wi-Fi, most of them have very comfortable seating in their lounge area, and the one closest to my home has a nice fireplace (gas or electric, I forget which) for the winter time.
Applebees restaurants are also good for free Wi-Fi, and the newest one around here also has a lounge area, even though it’s not nearly as nice as Panera Bread’s.
I like the Chick-Fil-A’s WiFi. You get the WiFi along with sweet tea and leamonade. Life couldn’t be better.
The only problems I ever had with B&N;is finding a power outlet.
For mom and pop shops I bring along a power strip for sharing..
They just don’t give you enough time. Panara cuts service off after 30 minutes.
I guess I must just be lucky, as our Panera doesn’t limit you at all. I’ve been online there for hours at a time before.
Hospitals are another good place for free wi-fi sometimes, and their waiting rooms are often quite comfy.
at the library is very comfort to mobile computing
I like mobile for use of internet.because i can use internet anywhere.I like the Chick-Fil-A’s WiFi.
