20 Gigahertz processor on board. So why are you saying that the big Processor Makers at about the top end of processor speed when they have not begun to approach even 5 gigahertz? My son who is doing computer engineering at college was explaining that some cards have 1 GB of GDDR5 on board and a core clock speed of 850MHz.
Even I realize how much that is. Very impressed

I think that your are right but the only people who would really notice is those that bother to do more with there computer than game. The gamer only wants his computer to play most gamers don’t fix there computer. They just use.
You can do alot more than just game with these video cards. They are powerful enough to do some professional level video production/editing.
There really isn’t a reason to justify crossfire or sli as of right now. All current games on the market can be played more than perfectly well without multiple graphic cards, nevertheless it is impressive how fast they have become.
