One of the hot new technologies is something called PCI Express, a new I/O (Input/Output) bus architecture that is the first big step in this direction in at least a decade. 1. I am trying to find a PCIe 512 or 256 MB graphics card that will run with Windows Vista with DDR2 memory. If I can get any advice it would be helpfull. I know Vista is new and all but there has to be more options to my video card choices. I have a DLeadtek WinFast PX7300GSTDH DDR2 memory 256MB. I can’t find a compatible driver for Vista.

  3. This is awesome!! Thanks for giving me some fine confidence in the PCI-Express over AGP. I bought the latest AGP8X card the 7600GS from nvidia and to be fair it really crokes with my older motherboard. I think the main thing about stepping into the future of hardware is realixzing that not only one thing will sort out yor problems youve got to get new ram, new Mboard and new graphics chip, For games, right now single core processor is still ok but in future dual and multi core will be nescessary.
