Always have to laugh at the stereo type stories?
Pictures of needless frustration. Vista works excillent with proper hardware. Run the advisor and do a little homework. I have over a terabyte to manage with a lot of applications and just had to bump off nero?
Articles like put out negative hype on a great new O/S.(yes, they will have to write somthing from scratch next time around)
My system comes up 50% faster and pretty much all functions are 30-50% faster. XP was the best they offered until now> All you have to say is you need 2 gig and no old hardware! I installed the rc1, rc2, beta 1. And based on those I would of NEVER upgraded, but they really cleaned it up on the final release.Best windows update -MAC OS10
Microsoft is the king of ‘patch as you go’. Wait until the service pack comes out, that will hopefully fix the early bugs!
I am afraid Vista doesn’t provide good protection from viruses.
