  1. Oh wow, I scored Yes on 18 and 39…

    #18 - people always call me for computer help, even though I know nothing about hardware, I’m so bad at hardware that I bought a $200 external hard drive last year, not quite knowing what it is, and it’s still sitting on the shelf...collecting dust. I pray one day one of my real geek friends will come help me.

    I get the interweb, not computers!! But I’m still geeky to understand there is a difference smile

    I still notice effects of being an Internet junkie when I do do normal things. For example, I often attempt to open TV channels in a new tab - and then think, o wait, I’m not online.  I also brace myself for moving a mouse when watching normal TV because I’m so used to the screen going black after a few minutes of idling. *Sigh*

    Cute article, I’m sure it made many ROTFLOL.

    Some areas I am a complete noob (not saying you are), and others areas, some would say very savvy!

    This is a really bad list. I may have to work my way through it as a new years resolution. I will start by changing my password! AHHHH!

    Here’s some more…

    You take a laptop to a party and ask where you can plug the net in.

    You have more computers than toilets in your house.

    You beg your friends to get online so you can “hang out.”

    You fall asleep, but instead of dreams you get Emails.

    You forgot how to work the TV remote control.
